We place them on a probationary period/contract, while covering C.P.P., E.I., govt taxes, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay and other required coverage.

 

All you are paying for is the hourly wage. 

 

Flexible Staffing Solutions

 

Even within the contract period, there is flexibility. If, for instance, after a few days you feel like the candidate is not working out, we can replace them if you want. There is no obligation to keep them.

 

After the contract period, you can absorb them, extend the contract, or end it. It really is up to you.
